Iya, salju di Sapa tidak turun setiap hari. Salju di sana termasuk fenomena langka dan biasanya hanya terjadi saat suhu turun ekstrem, biasanya antara akhir Desember hingga Februari, dengan peluang terbesar di Januari.

Faktor yang mempengaruhi turunnya salju:
❄️ Suhu harus di bawah 0°C, yang tidak selalu terjadi setiap hari.
❄️ Kelembapan dan kondisi cuaca—kadang suhu dingin terjadi tanpa ada cukup kelembapan untuk membentuk salju.
❄️ Lokasi ketinggian—salju lebih mungkin turun di area tinggi seperti Fansipan dan beberapa desa di pegunungan, seperti Y Ty dan O Quy Ho Pass.
