Shuffleboard adalah permainan menggeser keping (disk) di atas meja panjang atau lantai, supaya berhenti di area bernilai tinggi.

Ada dua jenis utama:

  1. Table shuffleboard (di atas meja panjang)

  2. Floor shuffleboard (biasanya di kapal pesiar atau komunitas lansia)

Kalau lihat sekilas, memang mirip karena sama-sama "menggeser sesuatu ke target", tapi level kompetisinya beda jauh 😉




🚳  “vacuum belly” (also called stomach vacuum exercise).

When I was in junior high school.. ga boleh pakai tip ex..sekolah lain boleh. Kata suster " kalau kamu terbiasa boleh hapus, kamu cenderung bikin salah dan selalu merasa bisa diperbaiki..yang betul adalah jika salah tulis, cukup coret sekali..lalu kasi jawaban benar di sebelahnya. "

How it actually works:

  • After that, you can take a connecting flight to Linate (no more immigration there, just like domestic)
