### 1. **Cut Sugar + Refined Carbs Immediately**
* No sweet drinks (including milk tea, packaged juice, or sweetened coffee).
* Avoid white rice, white bread, instant noodles, pastries.
* Choose complex carbs: brown rice, oats, sweet potato, quinoa (in moderation).
### 2. **Eat Fat-Burning Belly Meals**
