Drink something warm before bed π :

π² Ginger drink
π² Orange juice ( warm one ) + honey π―. Don't use sugar ☺️
Another must do :
π¨ Watch sunset π ( helps you sleep, while sunset helps you to wake up / not feel tired )
π¨ Use neck serum / take care of your neck. Nowadays, you'll see people have ' lines ' on their necks. Maybe because they look at their phones all the time , that position creates unwanted neck lines. Maybe π€ but we can judge people old or young by seeing their necks. May I be forever young π± amen. Hahaha π
