Drink something warm before bed πŸ˜™ :

🍲 Orange juice ( warm one ) + honey 🍯. Don't use sugar ☺️

🎨 Use neck serum / take care of your neck. Nowadays, you'll see people have ' lines ' on their necks. Maybe because they look at their phones all the time , that position creates unwanted neck lines. ### 1. **Cut Sugar + Refined Carbs Immediately**

* No sweet drinks (including milk tea, packaged juice, or sweetened coffee).

* Avoid white rice, white bread, instant noodles, pastries.

* Choose complex carbs: brown rice, oats, sweet potato, quinoa (in moderation).
