For example :
You feel happy after helping people ( do it )
You don't feel happy cleaning up the house π ( don't do it. You family members can do it or you can pay for cleaning π§Όπ§Ή service)..
I used to think that we must accept and love everything and do everything by ourselves. Actually, our heart is a guidance. Like it or no. Happy or no.
