1. Sumatra

1. South Sumatra (Musi Banyuasin, Ogan Ilir, OKU Timur)

  • Safe, with good infrastructure development in some areas.

2. West Kalimantan (Ketapang, Kapuas Hulu, Sanggau)

  • Kalimantan is getting big projects, so land might increase in value.

3. East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) – Sumba, Timor, Flores

  • NTT is developing tourism, so land might increase in price over time.
