ORGANIZATION


Almost 5 years I have been playing mafia 🎯🎮 game. It's a strategy game. I grew up in small, clanless, top 3, and the first clan. Basically I have many experiences.

CLANLESS

some events can't be done and we don't have clan buffs.

SMALL CLAN

small as long as it's active is good. But you can't grow and learn about leadership 

TOP 3 CLAN 

You can learn about merging 

FIRST CLAN 

I learned everything there.. and there are some points I wanna share.. went from American clan, European , the Philippines clan, Japan, German, Albanian, mix asians...the best is KSA...Saudi Arabia clan 


⚔️ You might be the Senior. But who becomes R4 and R5 are people who know about game and strategy. No matter how Senior / old players you are, without knowledge. You can't be R4.

⚔️ Don sorino is the top spender. A clan or an organization needs spenders. The must be powerful and contribute in resources in big way.

He is also suitable for inter clan connection 😃. Because he is powerful, 💪, other clans won't make a mess with him. Although it happens mostly because of afraid/😞 😣 fear 😨 🤯 but it's effective to handle the city 🏙️ 🌆 

⚔️ Stone crusher is the teacher of war / warlord..we need a person who can teach members about wars or strategy in deeper meaning. Like how to have armors etc. it's technical skills 

⚔️ Nje molle Apel is an events organizer. That's me 😁 I inform events and teach members in the simplest way possible and tell them the benefits if they do the events. ( For example they will get permanent something). Each Monday, I thank through 💌 📬 mail for top 3 donators / contributors inside clan. 

⚔️ Jhucy is the fuel of members. In case members can't login. She will manage their accounts gladly.. she also managing members.. we need someone that always online/ often online. Mingle if necessary 

⚔️ Daily players mostly R3 and R2.. they don't know or don't wanna participate about strategy. Active to play but not so big. And they login daily to play.. translate as reguler members 

⚔️ Wolf as R5 or we call as the boss. Doesn't have to be the strongest or the biggest. But he has to have knowledge about game 🎮 🎯/ old player with knowledge translate as president of the club 

⚔️ Alliance: usually small clans ask for protection or alliance. Make sure to pick clans with the same point of view 🪟.. translate to my leadership.. they are other clubs 


Additional ( from WAR Clan)

German girl : I forget her name..but she is good for mingle. We can use Jhucy to do that. But we need natural one.. it's called as member resistance..she will make sure people inside clan happy and say hello, talk to whoever online 


IMPORTANT MINDSETS 

It's better to divide ➗ tasks into small and make almost all people to have responsibilities.. although it's small 

Cop raid = 1 person 

Remember to donate gasoline= 1 person 

Any tasks you must give to people you trust so that all members should have responsibilities and stay longer to play together translate as per event = 1 person responsible. ⛳ Golf 🏌️ is one person, tennis 🎾 is one person, finding place is one person 

Clan size I managed 1-145 members..in average 60-145 members..

All members must contribute minimal and the top 3 must have recognition translate as membership but some people want to contribute more. We must announce thank you to top 3

INDONESIA GAMING INDUSTRY?

Indonesia has a large gaming community, but strategy games are not as dominant compared to countries like Japan, the USA, Korea, and China. Instead, **mobile gaming, casual games, and esports-focused games (like MOBA and battle royale) are more popular.**  


### **Who Plays Strategy Games in Indonesia?**  

1. **Hardcore Gamers** – A niche but dedicated group that enjoys deep strategy mechanics, like Civilization, Total War, or Age of Empires.  

2. **Mobile Strategy Gamers** – Games like Clash of Clans, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (strategy elements), and Auto Chess attract Indonesian players.
