Tricky strategy . Beli tanah 2 juta. Koar koar, lalu tetangga di area tersebut jual 3 juta.. dia beli tanpa nawar. Next ke 4 5 6 juta. Dia beli semua. Akhirnya di daerah tersebut harga property jadi 6 juta / meter..
Info: property pasti naik 10 persen per tahun tanpa peduli inflasi. Rumus orang property begitu. Ini yang bikin property jadi mahal.
