Calamari Cumi Goreng Tepung


Adonan basah :
Cumi, rebus pakai jeruk nipis supaya tidak amis
Telur 2 butir
Milk
Garam
Gula
Garlic
Parsley

Marinasi adonan basah, diamkan di kulkas 45 menit kira2 lalu siapkan adonan kering kk

Adonan kering :
Tepung terigu
Salt
Gula
Pepper
Corn starch ::: tepung maizena supaya crispy dan awet crispy nya

Masukkan hasil cumi tadi ( yg sudah dimarinasi ) ke dalam adonan kering kk.
Ambil 1 per 1 cuminya kk.

Goreng di api panas... yummyyy :)
