Tepung kering :
Tepung terigu

Baking powder ( kl suka )
Lada putih / blackpeper
Masukkan ayam ke dalam tepung kering. Kl mau lebih crispy , kasi sedikit air ( pastikan ayam kondisi basah,
Setelah terbungkus tepung kering, lalu goreng
Saos telur asin :
Kuning dari telur asin ( kl putihnya mau dipakai juga boleh )
Saos tiram
Susu kental manis
Margarin
Cabe bubuk
Kasih sedikit air + sisa dari tepung kering ( yg sudah diencerkan ) supaya hasil akhir saos kental.
Panaskan, siap disajikan

Salt 🧂 itu berfungsi untuk elektrolit biar ga mudah pikun waktu tua. Orang darah tinggi sering tidak boleh makan banyak garam. Padahal garam ini bisa membantu dalam mempertahankan ingatan apalagi kalau di usia senja.
