Drink something warm before bed 😙 :

🍲 Broth

🍲 Ginger drink 

🍲 Orange juice ( warm one ) + honey 🍯. Don't use sugar ☺️


Another must do : 

🎨 Watch sunset 🌇 ( helps you sleep, while sunset helps you to wake up / not feel tired )

🎨 Use neck serum / take care of your neck. Nowadays, you'll see people have ' lines ' on their necks. Maybe because they look at their phones all the time , that position creates unwanted neck lines. Maybe 🤔 but we can judge people old or young by seeing their necks. May I be forever young 🌱 amen. Hahaha 😜
