Swimming and Menstruation 🩸

 

Can you swim 👙 if you get your period? Yes! Of course.

I was 17 years old and I had a swimming 🥽 test. I met my junior named Verina. She told me to go to the shower 🚿 room. Took off my sanity napkin, and cleaned my private area. Let the cold / normal water clean me. ( No hot 🔥 water , please )..

The blood stopped in a colder temperature. After I made sure no blood on me.. I went to the swimming pool. Swam normally. The blood came out after 2 hours I cleaned myself. That day I know that cold water / cold temperature will stop a period for while 

TIPS : you must put yourself on the shower and get out after you're sure no blood comes out from your V anymore. 

You must use normal / cold ❄️🥶 water.
