Moussaka 

Moussaka adalah hidangan khas Yunani yang berbentuk casserole berlapis, mirip seperti lasagna tetapi menggunakan terong sebagai bahan utama.

Isi utama moussaka:

• Terong (dipanggang atau digoreng)

• Daging cincang (biasanya domba atau sapi)

• Saus tomat berbumbu

• Kentang (opsional)

• Saus béchamel di atasnya (saus susu creamy yang dipanggang hingga kecokelatan)

Rasa & tekstur:

• Creamy dari béchamel

• Lembut dari terong
